Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm

Weekend 3 places the teaching focus on refining teaching skills in the Teaching Practicum Module. Anatomy is taught in an interactive, live workshop that delves into the muscles of the Powerhouse how injuries in this part of the body affect posture and movement. Teaching feedback is given using a student in a lesson setting, facilitating the teacher to make choices in real time to help benefit and deepen their teaching to the Powerhouse safely and progressively. Students are also taught how to teach Pilates safely and effectively to clients with herniated disks and other low back issues.
