Weekend 1 is our foundation in the Classical method. This weekend covers beginning mat and reformer exercises, core teaching methodology, Structural Integration concepts, and the history and vocabulary of Pilates. You'll leave with the tools to begin teaching — including a comprehensive manual and lifetime access to 150+ instructional and practice videos you'll return to again and again.
