Movement begins with how we walk, and this session is a rich, layered revisit for Level IV graduates, a preview of our anatomy focus for Levels I-III, or a stand alone workshop for those ready to explore the steps we take to take a step. We'll look at gait patterns, how they show up in our clients, and how the Pilates work can so beautifully support and refine natural human movement.
