Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm

Learn and explore the anatomy of the feet and ankles and how they relate to gait as well as the physiology and the effect of psychological processes on movement with our experiential, intuitive, and holistic view of anatomy & physiology. Additional training will include how to teach Pilates safely to clients with neurological disorders, and knee and hip replacements. Then dive into our teaching practicum, and review your technique as we prepare for assessment during Weekend 4.
