Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm

Learn and explore the anatomy of the shoulder girdle and cervical spine during our Anatomy Weekend. Additional training will include how to teach Pilates safely to Pre and Post Natal clients with additional training on how to assess and treat diastasis recti. Also learn how to safely teach clients with osteoporosis. Then dive into our teaching practicum, and review your technique as we prepare for assessment during Weekend 4.
